Classically trained Chef Corso has over 20 years of culinary experience and he's here to share trail-ready pocket sized cookbooks that are perfect for hiking, backpacking, car camping, bike packing or any outdoor activity. All recipes are 10 ingredients or less, ready in 30 min or less and require no dehydating. It's all about sharing of a great meal outdoors.
