What We Do
We are a family owned company with five generations of experience. We take pride in our legacy and have stayed committed to the skills and recipes that have been passed down from Weaver to Weaver since 1889. We still smoke over an open fire using hickory wood to preserve and seal in the maximum flavor. The master of meat smoking is in all of our savory, mouth-watering products. All of our sausage, bologna, ham, pork chops, beef sticks and more are hickory smoked over the open fire. Our products include Old Fashioned Bologna, such as sweet bologna & ring bologna in variety of flavors. We produce small batch beef sticks, hand crafted smoked cheeses, smoked sausages in many flavors, smoked franks, bacon, ham & dried beef. All of our products are available as well in our very own butcher shop located in Wellsville, PA. In addition to smoking our own meats & cheeses we are also a wholesale distribution company providing an array of items from beef & pork, seafood, deli meats & cheeses, bakery & home meal replacement. We are happy to offer private label opportunities for any of our Weavers Brand products from beef sticks to our bolognas.
